Those scales are possibly the coolest scales ever. The details are fantastic and I love how you shaded everything. The clouds are so beautiful....heck, the whole thing is just so gorgeous ;;. I love how you did it.....ALL ;____;. I LOVE YOUUUUUU. And the clouds reflect his colors and design and stuff....and he's being all, "I'M A THUNDER DRAGON HAHA" in the storm clouds.........................and it's awesome.
